The 4g is awful. I highly reccomend against choosing ACS for your carrier
Used to be the best around, now the store front was taken away and service as a whole went down hill fast :(
I went with 3 stars. Internet usually runs good for me. Home phone is fine. Cell phone though...different story. I had to use my cell phone to contact them. I kept getting disconnected...8 times. Then one of their customer service reps said I get bad to non existent cell phone service because Juneau is a rural area. Hello ACS? Juneau is a small town, yes, but it is the capital. And most of Alaska could be termed rural. Are you serving only Anchorage or is that a rural area also? Because my cell phone sucked there last week. ... read more
