Alex and Nick were knowledgeable and worked very well together. Alex gave us options for replacement of our water heater as well as a total repiping. But was pretty certain our problem was the water heater. We went with that option. Alex told us to remove as much water from the carpet in the pantry and put a fan in there to speed up the drying process. We had a good experience with Cody today. We asked for a service call in the morning, and he came out the same day. He was efficient, professional and clear in his communication. He gave us solid options and kept economy in mind.
