The team offered a unit that was comparable to our old unit that needed replacing within our current budget. The unit was in stock and available to be installed the same day. It was Colton that help with the financing and Cody. We are not sure what happened during the install of the new system that affected our downstairs system, but they came right back out and resolved the issue.
