the service man had been drinking, I don't think he was drunk, but wonder if his assessment was accurate. I live alone and the smell of alcohol on his breath concerned me. He was never out of line and was very kind. Him driving the company vehicle , I don't want him yo get into trouble, but felt that you should know?
My dad was impressed with how thorough the technician was when checking their AC system. He was informative and knowledgeable about how to continue to get the best service out of the AC unit in summer/winter seasons.
