Completely recommend! The ladies that work there truly have passion for what they do, especially Samantha. My bestfriend (furry friend; Lachy) is very insecure and uncomfortable with strangers and Samantha was very patient with her. She earned her trust. Customer service was great in the front desk as well. Definitely coming back! Thank you KAAWS Clinic!
My dogs have had a great experience and so has their Human. Dr Keillor is very knowledgeable, pleasant and considerate. She listens to the Human which is not as easy to care for as the pet. This human has been a wreck since her Best Friend has been ill. Rinny is doing really well, and doesn't even get upset going to the vet. He gets excited to go visit. This place is a hidden treasure. This is the second time I've been to Dr. Genevieve Keillor. (She was previously at Thrive but I looked for her and found her here. She also came highly recommended by the employees at Fur Babies in Kingwood.) Dr. Keillor is caring and thorough. She is not about making money and gives you options before surgery. They were so unprofessional my cat died & they charged me for a rabies shot that cat never got even though he didnt need it. Plus I never saw a vet with the cat felt like a restaurant with a menu but was never told what was actually wrong I found out when he died & it could have been fixed or at least treatment could have star

Skip to last bullet point for summary let me start off by saying i was recommended this place cause it was supposedly good, but the staff doesn't tell you everything pre-surgery, seem untrained, and lack knowledge. (I went to school to be a vet-tech) So before i walked in with her i told them over the phone she wasn't being friendly. (If needed my cat isnt hard to restrain. Please spay and neuter your pets. This place is great for that. Otherwise, do not go here if you expect care and compassion for your for legged family! Especially seniors- Go to a repeatable veterinarian.

Okay y'all. I just moved into town and was looking for a low cost vet for my cat and my dog. When i called to schedule the appointment i was told that it would be $160 for BOTH of my animals to be seen for wellness check and vaccines. Upon arriving to the office they began to look at my dog first that has seasonal skin allergies, the vet told me that he had an ear infection in both ears and a skin condition. Went to KAAWS on Aldine Westfield,( 03/21), was told that office was closed , being repaired and needed to go to a sister vet on Kuykendahl. Went there, talked to an assistant, got my dog taken care of with 6 months pills. Today 06/07- need some Hills i/d dog food. Left 2 messages on 3 different phones, called their Cypress office and was told put you on hold, and then got hung up on. This office is poorly run and I wouldn't rely on them for any animal care.
