Unprofessional, rude and unknowlegeable. I took my cat to the vet for a simple Rabies Vaccination on 5-14-2021. they call me saying she is being "aggressive" and they can't give her the shot so they are going to sedate her. I asked them what they were going to give her and all they told me was a "normal anesthesia". They told me they would wait to give me my cat until the anesthesia wore off and she was alert. Kaaws's tech supervisor was rude, overly sensitive, and not pleasant to me what-so-ever. She said I was "rude" when I clearly showed Kaaws had an IT problem & email/texting reminders were not getting thru to me at all. Sadly, if she represents herself in this manner to a USA vetern of a foreign war, Vietnam, I will have nothing to do with Kaaws. I am sure Kaaw's Vet is qualified but her employee does Kaaws a dis-service. I am sure that supervisor never was in the USA military or ranch born.

I have used this clinic for several years for vaccines and dental cleanings been more than happy. I really don't agree with the Covid policy they still follow where you cannot accompany your pets inside or speak directly to the vet. My boys (small dogs) are already stressed to go to the vet much less be handed off to a stranger. I had an appointment at the end of February for a new 1year old dog I adopted to be neutered, I was never called and let know they had suffered during the freeze and were not up and running yet.... read more

1st appointment for a newly adopted puppy from the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. All paper work was provided. (Shelter do not allow adoption without fully vaccinated) Appointment was for flea medication which requires a normal weight in. Price was for basic exam and pill was reasonable. Within minutes the bill started to grow to 100.00. "You have to have this medication for her and that medication. We will start he on this and that; monthly. She will need this shot and this test. I would give this less than one start if I could. Worst service ever! I was 5 minutes late for an "appointment" I put appointment in quotation marks because basically you don't have an appointment. They schedule so many surgeries in one day probably Hopi g people won't show up for their "appointments". Who runs a service like that. I was told that they could go ahead and "work me in" even though I was 5 minutes late. I was lit on hold and when the lady came back on the phone I was told they wouldn't be able to work me in. I have to give a star to be able to post but if it were possible I would give this clinic a -10 or lower....awful experience. I called and told them I was looking for a new vet and I was in need of heart worm medicine for my dogs, that my dogs had just had a complete physical but my vet no longer carried the medicine my dogs could use. They said there would be no problem in getting the medicine but they were booked for the day and to come the next weekend (that was ok because I still had 2 month's supply at the vet). One star is too much for them. The wait is long, the staff lies about what is done to your pet. A vet wasn't even there to see my pet. The tech called the vet at home with an assessment. The prices aren't competitive and join taking my dog to another vet found the real problem. This office needs shut diwn!

I really wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to. They won't allow you to go into the office with your pet. The vet want even there like I had booked an appointment for. A tech saw my dog and called the vet with their assessment. Just stay away. The staff is horrible and extremely rude. Their prices are not low and your pets life is not worth the that. Just don't do it, find an honest office for your pet.

Service at this location has turned to crap. Extremely long wait times hours plus and told it wouldn't happen again. Service is mediocre and pricing is no longer competitive. Look elsewhere. Sry Yelp wants more as well, doesn't waste enough of our time. Can't just leave a quick note. Wish it wasn't so popular or would just go with other review site Let's see if this is now long enough for them.
