we have had numerous false alarms and just had it serviced again and was charged for it even though it was “under warranty”. terrible company and terrible service - going back to ADT - this company is a fraud!
Expensive, out dated equipment, false alarms, and poor service everytime an alarm goes off or you have to call in. its $42.95/mo for the basic plan! OKC is charging us $65 bc we had 6 false alarms this year! im worried the police wont even bother coming if something does happen! They somehow took over Guardian and we never knew until the called about an alarm... not the best time to explain that you bought them out!
