long story short We finally left *** ... Alert 360 has been incredible from sales rep to tech to customer service to price . I'm happy . Long version below : I was disappointed because *** promised the moon and stars if I transferred my service to our new home (Free of charge ) I've been with them 5 years ... turns out my transfer was not at all free ... actually, it turned out to a quote of $899+ and i would get a discount of $400 I kindly asked them to leave and cancel my transfer ... Picked up one of the 100 cards this ... read more

Great company, amazing service! Technician came by to service our control panel and door alarms. Spent a good amount of time checking everything, updating the control panel and changing out batteries! Even spent a substantial amount of time with us going over all the functions on the new control panel and the new app. Great service...can't say enough good things about Israel, our technician.
