Been with them for 7-8 years. Just moved recently and had great customer service upfront with Stacey in sales. Also, installation tech Alex was very experienced, knowledgeable, & polite as well. Thanks for helping me sleep better at night!

Technician (Ben) arrived on schedule and was very through making sure firmware was up-to-date, replaced battery, and performed tests to confirm system was working as designed. Overall great service!

Awesome customer service! Technician quick to point out other issues and fixed them on the spot. Technician very knowledgeable and helpful to explain everything he was doing. I have been with this company for over 30 years!

Gene was an excellent technician. He checked different windows and doors because he made me appreciate my 360 alarm service. He made sure I understand my duress settings. I think Gene is wonderful! Thank you Security 360!

Bobby came out for a faulty smoke detector. He checked all sensors when he came out. He found a faulty motion detector. He replaced it too. I paid nothing because I have the warranty!

For the most part. things seem to be getting better with this company. I've technically been with them since 2016 and really liked the first sales rep and I like the one that I have now. She's very professional. I recently had a couple of issues with some new products installed, which have so far been resolved.
