******, the technician, was friendly and very thorough. He listened patiently to my concerns. He inspected and tested all sensors to make sure everything is working properly. Although he was not able to figure out why the siren went on and turned off on its own, he assured me that if it happened again, they will replace the panel. All in all, it was a good experience.

Once he completed the repair, he walked me to through getting my home system and App all connected and made sure they were working properly before departing. He taught me so much about using my App. He is definitely one 360 needs to keep on the team.

Alert 360 is a great company to deal with. They arrived at the designated time and called and texted that they were on the way. My repairs were taken care of quickly!
