****** was awesome. Fixed the problem (very old sensor).and then checked everything to ensure the system was working properly. He found a old door latch on the system and removed it so everything was green.

Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Ive been with this company for many years - they used to be known by another name, but theyve been great and I wouodnt have used them when I moved and bought another house if I wasnt impressed with their work.

Excellent work. I dont work regular 9-5 hrs and they fit me into the Saturday schedule. Came in to switch out the back up battery on the control panel and while the technician was there he checked all the sensors (door/window/shatter). The technician was friendly and respectful. The price is not exorbitant . Overall, happy with 360 securitys service. I have been a customer for +14 years.
