Running ahead of schedule, our tech called to see if he could come early, rather than just showing up 2 1/2 hour’s early. Our problem was fixed, and we were up and running in a half hour. And, I was impressed that out tech returned the step stool to our closet, rather than leaving it for me to put away. Nice touch!
