Juan Mendez your technician did an amazing job! He came out and took his time to research why my doorbell wasn't working. He tried numerous things and while he wasnt able to fix it on this visit, he called in and set up another appointment to bring out a diffetent style doorbell to try and get it working. That's AOK in my book!

The man was very nice changed window sensor but only problem is I left for 30 minutes and when I came back alarm had triggered and said master bathroom window I had requested to change to a motion detector but gentleman said did not have one on the truck so put new sensors and now problem still exists
My tech was very nice and friendly the problem was not resolved but it was out of his control.
