Prompt and very courteous, but still did not fix my problem. This is the 3rd recent service call. Still have the same problem with sensor on patio door and now they have to order the part and come back out for another service call. The two glass breaks that showed no supervision were just replaced and new batteries on last visit and I was told today that it was the batteries and wasn't programmed properly.
Technician was professional, prompt, courteous, and fixed issue.
