The Technician called and asked if he would be able to move the appointment up, which was great as we had another meeting we needed to get to. He called again as he was departing his last appointment to insure we would be here. When he arrived he got right to work checking all zones to determine if there were issues. He found three windows not connected which were still covered by Glass Breakage devices so there was really no issue. My technician was excellent. Really seemed to know what he was doing & was extremely friendly & considering. My only problem is that I obviously did not have service for I don’t know how long. When I talked to a technician over the phone prior to today’s service he knew exactly the problem with cox internet/phone service causing no communication between my alarm and you. To not let your customers know in a timely manner could have have been diasterous to my life & home.
Rick called ahead of time which was greatly appreciated. Had the alarm fixed in a short time. Enjoyed visiting with him. Very personable. Thxs for sending Rick
