Prostate surgery was painless. I was hospitalized for just 24 hours. I felt Dr. Gorbonos was always professional, easy to talk with, consistently answered my questions, never made me feel that he was rushed. Also he has great sense of humor

Dr. Gorbonos Did an excellent job on my kidney surgery it was a very complicated surgery. He used robotic surgery and saved my kidney, and ultimately saved my life. Other Dr.'s wanted to remove the whole kidney. Very happy to have found Dr Gorbonos. His follow up is just as incredible.

Dr. Gorbonos diagnosed my prostate cancer after I had an elevated PSA test. Dr. Gorbonos performed surgery in January 2014 at Loyola University Medical Center. The surgery went well. I have been going back for follow up visits every 6 months. I have been cancer free.
I had cancer on my kidney in spot that was very difficult to get to. There was a good chance that I would lose the entire kidney. Through Dr. Gorbonos' ample expertise, he was able to remove the cancer AND save the kidney. I couldn't be happier with my association with Dr. Gorbonos. He was thoughtful, considerate and caring. Highly skilled at his craft. My recovery was quick and relatively pain-free. There were no long waits in his office. I strongly recommend Dr. Gorbonos.
Dr. Gorbonos will take all the time you need to explain your condition. He is knowledgeable able to give you the best alternatives. He kept my family updated every couple of hours while I was going through a 10 hour surgery. I can't say enough about his professional attitude. I will recommend him to any of my friends. Thank you Dr. Gorbonos for your expertise in helping me to continue with my active lifestyle!!
Family member had a 9 hour surgery with Dr. Gorbonos and he still took time to come and seat with our family members which was about 10 of us and explain outcome of surgery and prognosis. Let us ask questions and he answered in a manner that all of us understood. Excellent Doctor!
