I was recommended to speak to Alex from a friend that he helped before. I wasn't sure what to do since I already have a house and what the process of selling and buying at the same time would be like. He advised me on some things to boost my credit a little and is in contact with me periodically to make sure things are on track. I'm doing some work on my current house and this summer I will definitely be having Alex help me close on my new home.
Around summer time last year I was planning to move from Missouri back to Texas and I crossed paths with Alex via a loan inquiry. He called me right away and I think we talked for about 20 minutes getting to know each other before we talked about my loan questions. He was very attentive and he made sure to tell me about all my different options. I ended up staying in Missouri because of my work, but I have referred a few people to Alex. Whenever I do move back to Texas, he will for sure be the first person I call.
I have worked with Alex and his team in the past and I was extremely happy with them all. Alex was available at all hours, even late in the evening. I work typical 9-5 hours and couldn’t communicate much during the day so the fact that I knew I could reach him late evenings and even Sundays made it work very conveniently for me. I highly recommend using Alex and his team. Several people told me my credit wouldn’t qualify but they made it work....will definitely be using him on next home purchase.
