My name is Alex Schafers. I grew up and lived in the Cincinnati/Dayton area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing the area for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling homes at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business.

Alex was super helpful through the whole process. It was my first time buying a home and he made me feel much more at ease and was willing to work around our short timeline to fit in showings for us. He was also very friendly through the whole process and responsive. Whenever I had a question I just texted or called him and he was good about getting back to me. Would and in fact already have recommended him to family moving to the area.
Alex helped me get my first house. Once I decided to purchase the house after he had shown it to me, I took a step back and let him do all the negotiating and talking to the buyers. He was able to give me reliable reference for the inspection. He was able to negotiate the price down to a fair deal and get me the keys to the house fairly quick. I have no regrets about my experience.
Absolutely loved working with Alex. He found our perfect home and did everything possible to help us get it quickly. I would strongly recommend Alex. It was very attentive and very quick to respond to my questions. He was also very patient.
