My name is Alex Schafers. I grew up and lived in the Cincinnati/Dayton area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing the area for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling homes at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business.

Alex was a huge help. As first time home buyers, he made the process easy and seamless. He was able to relate and his knowledge of the area helped us really pinpoint exactly where we wanted to look. Any time we had a question, Alex was always a phone call or email away and would respond extremely quickly.
Alex worked very hard in showing me multiple homes to help me find one that fit for me. Once I found the house I wanted Alex did a great job of negotiating the price and getting a deal done. He's very knowledgable and was able to answer any question I had or point me in the right direction to find the answer. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone needing a new home!

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable of our area and needs. He had many open houses since our house could not be seen from the road. Which resulted in a quick sale for a price we were very comfortable with. Do to his professionalism we would definitely rely on him again!
