My name is Alex Schafers. I grew up and lived in the Cincinnati/Dayton area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing the area for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling homes at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business.

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable of our area and needs. He had many open houses since our house could not be seen from the road. Which resulted in a quick sale for a price we were very comfortable with. Do to his professionalism we would definitely rely on him again!

Alex really impressed me in his attention to details. During the day of our closing, Alex found something that was off in the contract that the seller was trying to change. He called them out on it during the signing and was very impressed. He also does a great job responding to your messages and he will not try to sell you something that is out of your price range.
