The food was amazing and we loved the water view for our first dinner as husband and wife. We were warmly welcomed and that was nice. The down side was our server. She seemed very distracted and not attentive. It was as if it was bothersome for her to attend to us and also other customers. If she was pleasant and paid attention I would easily have given five stars.

This meal was very delicious but we chose to eat at an earlier time. While our server was friendly she was not the most helpful. We were never offered more drinks nor more water. We would have ordered more food and wine but out waitress never seemed to care about our table. Again so nice, especially our host but not the service expected.

Service was ok nothing outstanding. Ordered special Halibut, was overcooked and dry and flavourless. Second dish was pork chop and was good. Drinks were very good. We were at Alexander's several years ago and the food and service were outstanding. Things seem to have changed.

This was our first visit and we will return. Being seated next to the water was lovely and Angela was a very pleasant and capable server. Thanks for a great evening!
