We probably went at the wrong time because they hosted a large wedding reception that took most of the wait staff away from the other diners. Our waitress, Donna, was spread thin taking care of many tables and at least two parties of five. We arrived on time 6:45 PM and didn’t leave until 9:15 PM. The food was good but needless to say the service was very slow. Great place. It was a little loud and service was a bit slow but I chalk that up to sitting in the bar area. Good food. Very nice overall experience.
Nice upscale restaurant. Excellent food! And, it was hot when we got it! Our server, Scott, was very pleasant and helpful and the menu. Overall, an excellent experience!
Alexander's remains one of my favorite restaurants in HHI. This meal was one of their early dining specials and was excellent. I have food allergies and, as usual, Alexander's chef adjusted my chosen meal to eliminate any problems. The waiter, along with all the staff, continue to provide outstanding service. Reservations are suggested for this highly recommended HHI eatery.
Scott was a great waiter and loved the star view on terrace with air conditioning!
