Ok, we know it’s the weekly trade that drives HHi dinning. However, to put us, and four other couples, in a dark bar area seems greedy. I think the Managment needs to let people know bar area seating will be option. Nothing like spending $200 for a two-person meal while sitting in a dark bar. Lesson learned and will confirm dining room seating in future. Now the good part. Great service by Eric and great food. Oysters on the half shell appetizer! Splendid! We did the Early Bird at 5 and while one ordered off the main dining menu, Surf and Turf, two had the Imperial Flounder and I had the prime rib. WOWED by presentation and taste! Melt in your mouth ❤️ Everyone enjoyed the dinner and we are planning on reservations again this week! Celebrating a birthday with cream brûlée (see photo)and outstanding wine. Highly recommend Alexander’s! Complements to their Chefs!
