Regulars there, always top notch. This time, however, they were off their game. The crab soup was twice the consistency as usual. The manager did swap it out, much appreciated. Wife and daughter got the Valentines Specials, they were very pleased. Son and I always get prime rib, this time the meat was bland and chewy; very disappointed with this visit.
Food and service was excellent. The guy at the front desk was rude. Parking is a huge problem. He proceeded to say it's a nice problem to have!!!! Well not for us customers
Food good, service uneven, service staff kept trying to remove plates while we were eating and maitre’d thought he was doing us a favor by letting us eat there- he was rude and obnoxious-overall a very disappointing evening
