Food is always above expectations. Creative chef. Very pleasant dining experience. One of my favorites on the island.
We made reservations for restaurant week and really enjoyed our meal and first experience with Alexander’s. Our table was ready, service was excellent- maybe a bit too fast, but no complaints. The special menu had a good variety of choices and excellent price. Wish they included a special on wine too! Parking was available without waiting. Excellent fish dish, soup and dessert!
The setting and ambiance were both very pleasant. The food presentation was excellent, as was the service. The texture (doneness) and base flavor of the food was also very good but, everything was too salty! That included the crab soup (unable to eat even half), the vegetables and unfortunately, my mahi-mahi entree. Although it had been a few years since we had eaten at Alexander's, we recalled our previous experiences as being positive, memorable meals. Sad to say, I was rather disappointed. Janet L.
All enjoyed apps and entrees. Great service nice table. Desserts stellar.
We had the restaurant week meals which were excellent at an exceptional price. I will return for their regular meals.
