Wonderful evening with complimentary champagne. Window seat dining. Restaurant week was in progress, But otherwise perfect!
A must stop whenever we are on Hilton Head. Food, ambiance, service are all top shelf. The lobster tail dinner is a special treat and the crab cakes are loaded with crab and low on fillers. Wine has some great choices. A truly great dining experience
Restaurant week menu was good value. Seating in bar area was noisy late.
We had a lovely dinner, food was delicious and our server, Christina, was fantastic. We had the prime rib and it was excellent. Nice way to celebrate our 49th anniversary!
We went to Alexander’s with a group of friends during restaurant week. It was busy but not crazy- I mention this because we expected better service-water glasses sat empty, we had to flag staff down to reorder drinks, no one bothered to ask how our meals were. All fairly common expectations for a high end restaurant. Additionally, it seemed counter-intuitive to provide smaller portions in a restaurant week menu if your goal is to get return business. First time diners. Food was excellent. Server struggled to provide service in a timely manner - not sure if there were problems in the kitchen or just couldn’t keep up with his tables. Will definitely return!
