We were seated even though our reservation was not in the book, despite the fact we had made it with open table. We had the early dining which was a great value. We felt a little rushed as the plates were cleared before everyone was finished eating. We were served a complementary dessert.
We picked Alexander's for our Wedding Anniversary because of the view/atmosphere, plus the exceptional food, service and wines under the expert care of Executive Chef Sean Carroll. My wife and I shared a generous and perfectly prepared bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer: I had the classic Tanqueray gin martini with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives on the rocks - my wife the special grapefruit cosmo up.
