Started out with great crab soup but the entrees were just OK. One bite of the grouper and I was already thinking "I wish I had ordered another entrée". The scallops were not much better. Service was great, but I doubt I would want to return here because the price for OK seafood was a little high.
Wonderful restaurant that has changed ownership in the last 9 months. Was good before, even better now. Since ownership change, fresh coat of paint and different wall hangings start the dining experience on the right foot. Great early bird menu, also. Ask for Donna as your wait person.
We have always been a fan of Alexanders through the years. This was our first trip back since it's re-opening under new management several months ago. Food was great and service was attentive all evening. The food prices are a bit higher than Island average. None the less, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Staff was excellent, but food was commercial, not much favor , and way overpriced
