Alexz was patient with me as a first time home buyer, she took the time to explain the processes and what would work best for me. Alex has been amazing throughout this entire process for me. As a first time home buyer, I feel very confident in my decision because of her!! She also is incredibly prompt on every email and phone call!
We had such a roller coaster with two other lenders we originally started with and then we came to summit because we remembered a friend we knew was a loan officer and wanted her advice. She sat down with us via zoom and showed us a breakdown of what our loan would look like which no one else had. From the beginning she made us believe that our dream of buying a house was possible and she and her team made it happen! We couldn't have asked for a better team of people helping us through this!
