I can’t even begin to describe how amazing and helpful Alex and her team were throughout my home buying experience! It was my first home so I didn’t really know what to expect but they completely surpassed every expectation. They communicated quickly and thoroughly and made sure that I fully understood every step of the process! They were the absolute best :)
Alexz and her team exhibited absolutely the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire process. As you can imagine there is a mountain of paperwork to be completed both standard and for last minute underwriting requests. Renee made this not only as easy as possible but managed to inject some levity at all the appropriate places. I wholeheartedly would recommend "Team Jones" to not only my closest friends but elder relatives as well. They made an unpleasant process very smooth!
Buying or selling homes is an extremely frustrating and often times, confusing, endeavor.
