Jon Kenney, service manager, was very accommodating scheduling the overdue maintenance on my Fiat Spider. The car was serviced, inspected, and washed before it was returned. A problem was discovered during the inspection. The part was ordered, and upon receipt at the dealership the repair was immediately scheduled. When I picked the car up at the promised time, Jon had it ready at the door, with the A/C running on the 110-degree day! Great personal service! Great technicians!

As always, Jon, my service advisor, was great. Everything, e.g. oil change, brakes, warranty work, etc., that needed to be done was completed to my satisfaction. I have been a customer of Fiat Alfa Romeo of Scottsdale since I purchased my new 2014 Fiat 500L from there in Jan. of 2015, and I have no complaints.
