As always, FIAT Alfa Romeo of Scottsdale has excellent service and customer care. My service advisor (Jon) is outstanding; he takes the time to fully explain the why and the what is being done to my car, whether just in for regular service or in for repair to get back on the road. I purchased my FIAT 500L from this dealership in 2015, and continue to have all service work done there because they do it right the first time.

Alpha Romeo of Scottsdale Service Dept is amazing! Very personalized to meet your needs. They made me feel valued as a customer! John, the service manager, even texted me back on a Sunday! They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed my issue along with other issues that I didn't realize I had. They completed my repair earlier than promised. This company goes above and beyond for their customers! I highly recommend them and will be returning for all the service and maintenance needs of my Giulia.
