Okay Hotel The bathroom door kept sliding open so it couldn't be closed. Had to use a trash can to jam the door or ask a friend to place a heavy object outside the door so it could stay closed. Housekeeping is inconsistent. 1st house cleaning they left a dirty rag in one of our open suitcases and took the bath mat and didn't give a replacement. When we went to the front desk to ask for one she didn't know what a bath mat was but told us someone will come by. No one did. Didn't put water bottles in the refrigerator either so ... read more

Wonderful The property is just next to Times Square. You get all the vibes just at your doorstep. The hotel offered various coupons for drinks and food which were great. Stuffs were very friendly and helpful.
