Great NY stay over! The lobby was very crowded with very limited waiting space Lizzy was super cool. Room and all facilities were great. Bed comfortable and very clean all over! .

Very Good La habitación no tenía de todo lo que decía, solo ponían un bote pequeño de gel para 3 personas y no todos los días. La habitación no la limpiaban, solo hacían las camas. La chica que hay delante de los ascensores alta delgada con el pelo teñido es muy mal educada. La oi hablandole mal a mí novio pensando que no sabíamos hablar inglés. Mira muy mal a la gente. La ubicación del hotel fue excelente. Al lado del metro, teníamos de todo cerca.
Very Good Front desk guys were all great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They held our luggage the day of check out.

Wonderful Le service qui s occupe du bar au dernier étage. Ils sont pas accueillant dutout et même si on fait partie des clients de l hôtel. Leur réception est nul et froid et une fois arrivé au bar l'accueil est froid et pas dutout agréable! Emplacement et qualité top de l hôtel.
