Localização incrível, quarto delicioso. Colchões e travesseiros moles, poderiam melhorar a qualidade nesse quisito. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, super perto da Time Square, colada com uma estação de metrô que dá acesso a várias linhas e também super bem localizado para quem gosta de fazer tudo a pé. O quarto super aconchegante.

Exceptional The only downfall was the elevator situation. Took 15 minutes one time to get an elevator and since it’s so many floors , once you’re in the elevator it’s stopping at every floor Got a voucher and free drink to the bar , great location, accommodating staff

Lindo y cómodo La ubicación, si bien no es mala, es una zona muy ruidosa y muy llena de gente todo el tiempo. Tuvimos que pedir varias veces al staff para que nos limpien la habitación o nos den las toallas nuevas. El hotel es lindo y la habitación es cómoda. Está bien ubicado para poder usando el transporte público. El desayuno estuvo bueno, aunque un poco caro (23 USD).
Enjoyed the stay. Small inconveniences but nothing major. Check in isn’t guaranteed by 3 pm. Guests are having to sit around lobby until a room is ready. 4 checked into our room and we had to request more towels upon arrival and more towels after room was cleaned. Location and the free drink perks.
Hotel carino bella posizione, ma acqua e asciugamani erano spesso dimenticati. La struttura offre due bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno, per 3 giorni non le hanno portate, non cambiando neanche gli asciugamani, lasciandoci anche sprovvisti, costretti a chiederli a mezzanotte, e il climatizzatore non funzionava, la temperatura era gelida, per spegnerlo eravamo costretti a togliere la spina. Fantastic location! The room was rather cramped. 2 double beds with very little space. Our one chair was locked in an uncomfortable forward lean position / broken? (Room 2908). And the lifts situation wasn't great. We did spend a lot of time waiting for lifts. I did intend to report the chair being broken(??) But the queue at reception was always long so I didn't. Like most hotels now, there are no guest 'manuals' to read... everything is online or you only find out by asking...at the end of a long queue so I'll save you som... read more
