definitely recommend
Good
Convenient and friendly. Although not the staffs fault, we had to be switched rooms as the first room we were in was next door to a large family who caused a large amount of noise until the early hours. We asked to be changed rooms and this was done. My suggestion would be to look at the soundproofing of rooms, perhaps even keeping families on the same floor. The property was in a good location, it was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Great stay, Comfortable. Able to sleep despite being in Times Square area. Great location. Modern The lobby is crowded all the time. I did ask for extra hangers on our first night, but never got them. I asked close to mid night through the front desk. it was very good Foi incrível, acho que eu não tinha me atentado as informações sobre o rooftop do hotel antes da reserva, mas sem sombra de dúvidas foi uma ótima surpresa. Limpeza impecável durante os dias de estadia, atendentes muito atenciosos e educados e quarto bastante confortável.
