Exceptional There was a minor issue with a button in the bathroom the maintenance guy was supposed to show up in 15 and he didn’t show up at all. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aliz during my trip and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hostess Tina greeted me with a warm welcome and made sure I felt right at home. Good Trop d'attente aux ascenseurs. Service de chambre moyen (il fallait réclamer régulièrement les capsules de café pour la chambre les bouteilles d'eau et les savon douche et shampoing alors que cela est compris dans la chambre !) Très bon emplacement pour la visite de new york avec metro à 50 mètres. Nous avons bien aimé : Le bar du rooftop avec une vue exceptionnelle. Le bar du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée beaucoup plus calme est très confortable

Would be happy to stay again. Had to wait 30 minutes for check in as ran out of clean bedding and room was not ready. After a long journey, it’s not what we needed! Lovely room. Very clean. Great location. Lovely view of The Edge. Voucher for bar given. Great steak at restaurant.
Would stay again We had a long wait for check in. The bedroom lighting is very dark and we had no view of the city as we were on the 5th floor. Clean, really good location, size of room was ok for NY, rooms were cleaned daily. Queue for lift was good. We didn’t have to wait for long.
Für New York City ein sehr gutes Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Sehr gutes Hotel mitten am Times Square; liegt direkt bei der Metro-Station; wir sind vom JFK-Flughafen mit der Subway direkt zum Hotel gefahren .
Will book it again Valet parking fee over priced, no service lift for housekeeping causing lift traffic at check out Great Location, security, amazing rooftop bar/view, friendly staff
