Small rooms, but great stay overall and great proximity to everything around to visit. Very well located. No refills of toiletries, entry hall very small and not enough seatings. Lighting system is not well thought in the room as every light needs to be opened. Great location and comfortable beds. Clean rooms
Door personele attitude wordt het nooit een 9. De non en verbale houding van het personeel bij de receptie, specifiek van een paar dames, was echt beneden peil. Nergens voor nodig dat ze dit gedrag vertonen. Zelfs een escalatie met een andere gast tot gevolg. Ik snap dat bezettinggraad erg hoog is, maar het blijven de gasten die "je salaris" betalen. Prima verblijf, vriendelijk personeel Schoonmaak van kamer gebeurde niet of half ondanks systeem van lampjes die je hiervoor aan moest zetten. Bergruimte op de kamer is voor 4 personen echt heel erg weinig. Lokatie was uitstekend, goede voorzieningen op de kamer

Great location The room is small and only 2 elevators out of 3 were functioning so we had to wait. Nice room, the location was great close to the metro and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants
