Good We specifically inquired about free luggage storage upon check-in and were assured by the staff that it was available. However, when we returned to store our luggage for two days during our short trip to Chicago, we were told there would be a $30 USD charge per luggage, per day. When we asked about the discrepancy, the staff explained that the initial information came from a new hire who wasn’t informed of the policy.
