Best Roof top bar in the area. Close to Port Authority bus station No water pressure in the shower. Some days the cleaning lady didn’t show up The hotel has a great roof top bar, great appetisers, amazing view (41 floors). Good location. Great stuff. Close to Port Authority bus station. Few minutes walking from Times Square
Top Hotel molto accogliente, pulito e profumato. Vicino a Times Square e a pochi metri dalla metro. Stupenda anche la vista dal 40 piano. Lo consiglio.
Good hotel close to Times Square Rooms were a little tight for 4 people, no space to put luggage. Mattresses were a bit lumpy. Window did not open (view was of a parking lot). Elevators took a while to come during busy periods. No gym, just a few peletons, which was a let down. Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. Location was a 5 minute walk to Times Square and literally next to the subway and bus terminal. Bathroom was a good size and rooms were refreshed daily. Good La habitación para 3 personas era chica. La buena predisposición de los empleados.
Ubicación espectacular Unas sugerencias de mejora. Es muy confuso cuando aparece en booking que entre los idiomas se habla español. Llegamos de madrugada y la recepcionista no hablaba español y fue muy confuso. De hecho ninguna de las recepcionistas a las que preguntamos dudas hablaba español. Otro aspecto de mejora: entre los servicios aparece como incluido pases de city bike y no es así. Es un pequeño descuento. Los servicios de agua y café diario no siempre se cumplieron.
