Great and comfortable stay in the heart of Manhattan! Small lobby, the layout was too crowded. placements of giant chairs in the middle of the lobby makes the check in and check out process a bit cumbersome. The staff were amazing and helpful. the housekeepers are great at keeping the rooms stock up with fresh towels and toiletries. and beds were always made.
