Exceptional The gentleman that assisted me in the front desk for checkin was very pleasant, welcoming , and professional. He is a asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He was tall and person of color. He also helped my husband and I checkout the next morning. The room was small but very nice and clean. The mirrors in the room were lovely. Parfait ! C’est dommage que le personnel de l’accueil ne parle que anglais mais ils essayent qu’en même de vous rendre service ! L’emplacement est idéal ! L’hôtel est très propre. Prenez une chambre en hauteur même avec supplément ! Ça vaut le coup !

Wonderful La única cosa que teniem una habitació per a 4 persones i l'armari era molt petit. La situació és perfecte, estació de bus al costat, estació de metro amb moltes línies al costat, Times Square a pocs minuts a peu, ple de serveis al costa de l'hotel. El personal de l'hotel molt atent. El bar que hi ha a part alta de l'hotel amb unes vistes espectaculars.
