Exceptional No momento do check out o hotel creditou a estadia em um cartão diferente do solicitado e ao pedir ajuda a recepcionista, a mesma não nos atendeu com cortesia. Depois, por email, a gerente do hotel resolveu o problema e atendeu nossa solicitação. Localização do hotel.
Comfortable and ideal location, shame about the lifts and size of room. The room was absolutely tiny, for 2 adults with 2 suitcases one of us always had to open the suitcase on the bed because there was not enough room for both which is quite ridiculous. It was also extremely noisy. Furthermore, the lifts were a nightmare. Assuming there was no service lift meaning all staff had to use the lifts as well, meaning trips up and down floors took upwards of 10 minutes each time. we would stay again the lifts, the queues built up for them at peak times so allow time or get there earlier then you would plan, only a small issue, at least they have lifts and if you want, you will get your turn. The location was fab, as it's New York everything is a little small but the room was a good size, the bar and snack shop were well supplied even being small, the bar man new his cocktails. you can ask for more water for the room at reception and your can leave your bags as they have a locked room, plenty of place... read more

Great from the moment we walked in. Kinda staff, clean hotel and great location. Would stay there again! Rooms are small and elevator wait times but honestly not a big deal! Our group of 4 made it work and for the amount of time you spend in the room it’s really not a big deal. Staff were helpful and kind! Location is close to a lot of attractions and very clean.
