Hotel estupendo, un bar maravilloso y una estadía soñada La conexión de internet nos tocó bien mala. Además. El restorán tiene. Un muy buen espacio que requiere que le saquen más partido, muchos llegamos súper cansados y estaría bueno tener un restorán completo. La ubicación es maravillosa. Cerca del metro,cerca de todo. Buenas drcoracion durante Navidad, las vistas maravillosas. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Bien pero mal Su ubicación está buena, a pocos minutos del time square y otras atracciones, lo malo del hotel es que su personal no está capacitado para resolver dudas o inconvenientes, te cargan a tu tarjeta montos y cuando pides explicaciones te dicen que solo el gerente es quien puede resolver, estoy esperando todavía el reembolso de estacionamiento que no usé y me lo cargaron a la tarjeta
Good Hotel with excellent location Housekeeping might improve, especially the cleaning. Also, the front-desk personnel might provide us with some additional information such as touristic locations or facilities. The hotel has a good location, very close to Times Square and the subway station. The room was really comfortable, and the restaurant and bar were a good option.
Exceptional
I would stay there again. Only 2 elevators, would recommend staying on lower level to be able to take the stairs. Room on smaller side (as expected), mattress a bit lumpy, but still had a good sleep. Fantastic location, modern clean room, bathroom was excellent, shower great, nice staff.
Correcte et bien L hôtel est un peu Bruyant car les gens claquent les portes et parlent fort le soir. Un peu cher pour rapport qualité prix. Personnel sympa literie très bonnes emplacement bien
Very Good
It is our first time in NYC and it was a wonderful experience. Would love to come back in our future travel. There is no bidet in the toilet. Location is short distance from time square and most of the tourist spots and most importantly, very near to subway. As a muslim, there are lots of halal food few steps from the hotel which we really appreciate.
