Chris was prompt, calling first to say he was on his way. We needed a new garbage disposal, and he explained the various options and prices professionally. He went and got the model we picked out promptly, and was efficient in installing it. We were pleased with his work, and the price was fair. Richard Wade came out to do estimate on date we had selected. He explained everything that needed to be done for installation of slop sink and toilet in attached garage with roughed-in drains. Estimate looked correct for amount of work and parts involved. Richard came back in two days to do the work. Install looked and worked great. Inspection passed the next day. Same day service, Nate kindly answered all of my questions thoroughly (some of them twice) and the best part is: the problem I thought I was having with my well wasnt even an issue, said "theres nothing wrong with my system, no need to do any work on it." Had Tim Drennen out at our home this past Monday to drain the septic tank. He did a very thourough job and was great to explain what he was doing as I watched the work being done. Richard arrived and we chatted about our Greenbay Packer Stuff. He then went right to work, communicating as he went and fixed our problems. Richard tightened something under the kitchen sink & fixed a leak. He also changed the water filter which stopped pulsing in kitchen sink.

Very impressed with each individual from the phone talk to tech, Richard. Very explanatory, cordial, punctual and great young man. He replaced a water heater & "worked on water" literally.

We used All About Plumbing twice in the past 3 months for two different issues. Response time was great. The problems were resolved quickly. The first issue we had couldn't be resolved by two other plumbers we called before we called AAP&S. They are knowledgeable and priced reasonably. I highly recommend you call them if you want the job to be done right.
