Awesome staff very helpful ! Checked my battery no charge I asked a few questions, they were more than happy to reply and help. I bought another battery to double up battery power and a battery hold down from them. Great people, great service , !! Hard to find that quality of support nowadays. !! Very happy I shopped in the duncan store .
Speedy and efficient with friendly service. I have come in for multiple batteries over the years and you guys are always great.
I was there for a replacement car battery. I phoned in first to make sure they had the right one in stock. They installed it in about 20 minutes (installation fee $15) Quick service, cheerful sales person, he explained all the tests they do, and showed me what was wrong with my old battery. They were quite a bit less than others (big stores!) I would definitely recommend these guys.

Buyer beware. The battery for my relatively new ebike failed. We paid to have a diagnosis done and were given two options to rebuild the battery. We accepted one of the options and had it rebuilt and were told all was good when we left. After getting home and trying it we found out that it did not work. As we live about an hour away we tried calling. No one answered so we left numerous messages but did not receive a call back. How about getting some staff that cares about the customer. I left there today very disappointed about the customer service. They have forgotten that without us they won’t last long
I dropped my Samsung S20 ultra off in November to repair a cracked screen, paid a $160 deposit for the $500 repair and left. I got some legit sounding excuses for the first few weeks, we broke your camera, we broke the replacement screen, don't call us we will call you when its done. Finally a month and a half after I'd dropped it off I called to inquire and they told me my phone had been stolen and they would try to replace it.
