I bought an ebike at All Battery Duncan and had a problem with it not working. I spent almost a month going back and forth trying to get the problem fixed but every time they said it was fixed and I brought it home it wasn’t working. While trying to explain my frustration to the manager, Duncan, he hung up the phone on me! This is absolutely inappropriate customer relations!!! I had a tablet which wasn’t charging Assessed and diagnose the problem. Turned out only to be the charging cord. Sold me a new charging cord.
My story is too long I will say the service from the Duncan store. Was nothing less that awful. Bought a brand new E bike from them I waited almost 4 months and will not go back to that store. I will take my bike for servicing elsewhere. I will not recommend Duncan store to anyone!
Explained what could be done and cost - promised within 7 days - done within 3. 2yr warranty and local people working.
