I want to thank everyone at All City Pet Care. Our beloved dog, Honey, passed away early this morning from a very fast moving infection. She was fine yesterday morning and gone early this morning. I am numb with the grief of losing a family member however the staff were amazing and kept us up-to-date on the situation. Sadly, I was about 5 minutes late for her passing however I know she was in the best care possible. Say hi to your sister, Ginger, Honey when you cross the Rainbow Bridge. I will see you soon. The wonderful staff at All City Pet Care South took excellent care of our boy Duncan for eye injuries that ultimately resulted in removal of both his eyes, just 16 months apart. They helped all of us on the emotional journey to heal Duncan and reassured us along the way that he would adjust well. We were brought to tears when we learned this amazing vet team awarded our little guy with a Purple Heart for bravery - a nod to his stoicism during a number of procedures. Staff was attentive and nice. It was along wait but we were checked on while we waited and updated with our wait time . Very friendly staff.
