I want to thank everyone at All City Pet Care. Our beloved dog, Honey, passed away early this morning from a very fast moving infection. She was fine yesterday morning and gone early this morning. I am numb with the grief of losing a family member however the staff were amazing and kept us up-to-date on the situation. Sadly, I was about 5 minutes late for her passing however I know she was in the best care possible. Say hi to your sister, Ginger, Honey when you cross the Rainbow Bridge. I will see you soon. Love, Dad.

The wonderful staff at All City Pet Care South took excellent care of our boy Duncan for eye injuries that ultimately resulted in removal of both his eyes, just 16 months apart. They helped all of us on the emotional journey to heal Duncan and reassured us along the way that he would adjust well. We were brought to tears when we learned this amazing vet team awarded our little guy with a Purple Heart for bravery - a nod to his stoicism during a number of procedures. Staff was attentive and nice. It was along wait but we were checked on while we waited and updated with our wait time . Very friendly staff.

I have delt will all city pet care on 2 separate occasions. The first time was on an emergency situation where my dog had gotten out and ran, and was taken to them after he was injured, they took great care of him and were great to me, they sent us home with some meds. Happy ending. This last time wasn't. I brought my baby in to them Sunday night after he passed away unexpectedly and without warning. We brought our Dane in at 10p on a Sunday not knowing what he was suffering from. We knew he was hurting and in a lot of pain. Within a short time he was diagnosed with a twisted stomach and bloat. His surgery was a huge success and he was given the best possible care even though he was not the ideal patient :) So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being the lifesaver that Moose needed.

I have brought my pets to Dr. Carlson and All City for years. I have never had a bad experience here. They have shared in my journey with my babies through routine care, through the death of an elderly feline and most recently cancer surgery for my beloved Cisco. Dr. Carlson and staff have always been nothing but kind and willing to provide information so I can make the best decisions possible for my fur children.
