The receptionists are very rude and do not care about your pets health. Very disappointed.
Others reviews are correct when they state all they care about is money. This practice was good years ago but has gone down the tubes. Brought my dog in to have her ear hematoma drained (which has been drained before) and they told me they needed to put her under anesthesia to have it drained (she is 10 years old and this wasn’t protocol years ago when it was done). They supposedly drained it and wrapped it and when I took the bandage off it looks exactly the same and my dog is in even more discomfort today. All they suggest... read more
Be prepared to ask the vets to do their job correctly. If you pay for a physical, it doesn’t mean they will actually examine your pet. I had to ask the doctor to come back in after she left the room because she barely looked at my lizard, let alone touch and thoroughly examine her. Also, double check your meds and instructions because they had told me to dose my lizard every 2 hours instead of every 24 because they don’t double check their work. Good thing i questioned it. As far as your rabbit is concerned, it is standard practice to not give out advice without a patient-doctor relationship.
The only Dr. I will ever see is Dr. Albert I was highly insulted at my last visit because I couldn't wait a week in a half to be seen by Dr. Albert. I have six dogs have worked in rescue for over forty years. I was told I was rude in front of my 8-year-old when really it was the other way around. I own my mistakes you should learn that lesson as well. My husband brings his two dogs to Dr. Albert and I have referred plenty of others. So disappointed.
Very disappointed in All Creatures. Downright heartbroken. I’m not going to get into the every detail, because, to be honest, I don’t have the emotional energy. I just want my 13 year old dog to get that very best care, because he deserves that. And, All Creatures is not the place for him to get that.

I am disgusted by this vet. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. We have been with them for 9 years, and money is their number one priority. If your animal is sick or injured, you might as well take them to the emergency vet, because they charge emergency fees during normal business hours, and that's if they have same day availability, which they have not either of the two times I've needed to get her in because of injuries. Unfortunately that means that on some days we do not have the ability to assist every pet in need and still deliver the standard of care that we strive for. Declawing innocent cats needs to stop.
I’ve gone to this hospital for over 11 years. Until recently, I’ve had no issues and had been happy with the services, especially with the friendly techs and front desk. However in Feb my dog had gone in for a neuter and when I picked him up I was asked for help getting a cath out. He was uncharacteristically aggressive and I had assumed it was just the neuter and he was in pain. Called at 8:30 a.m. for an appointment for my sick cat. Even though you were open until 8 p.m. I was told to take her to an emergency clinic that emergency appointments were for exotic animals only. Luckily I was able to get her in to a different vet that closed at 5.
