Absolutely awesome folks. I had a credit card issue. I went to the Daleville branch and was help by Shanika. She is an Absolutely spectacular person. Thanks so much Shanika for your professionalism.
Not long ago my primary accounts were hacked via a Scam I failed to recognize for what they actually were. Fortunately, I did recognize the Scam before I lost any money. I promptly called All In, explained the situation and the associate immediately placed a "hold" on my accounts. Subsequently, new accounts were opened and old accounts were closed, all of which could have been done on line. I have been with All-in for about 30 years. I have never had any problems that could not be fixed with a call or a short visit. Thank you.
Since they changed to Allin they have gone down hill in my opinion. They don’t have products for all their customers so if you are looking for help they are not the ones to go to. Fivestar credit Union have different products for all their customers & they really care which is the real difference in the two establishments.
I have an auto loan thru All In, due to their friendly service I decided to move all my banking to All In,
